Projects: 1. Zomato Hygiene - involved 4 parties[customer, merchant, auditor, zomato] Description - Zomato gets the merchant's restaurant audited by third-party auditors. And then, show the report details on the consumer app. 2. Zomato Alexa skill - created skill in Amazon Alexa for zomato Description - Created nodeJS application that supported both audio and visual devices. The customer was able to place new order OR re-order any of the last 6 orders. But this doesn't involve dish customizations. 3. Zomato blog tool - Created ReactJS application involving different templates. Description - Zomato used the templates to create customized blogs. This also involved user roles and authentication on the backend. 4. Zomato Infinity - Created a product via which customers can have a buffet experience in restaurants. Description - This involved slot capacity handling, order placement, distributed locking, consumer APIs 5. Zomato Amplify - sending personalized notifications to target users Description - getting user details along with a list of recommended restaurants and mealtime. Scheduled to send the push notif. at a particular date and time. We were targeting ~10M users at each mealtime. Hence, split data into multiple sqs queue and user job scheduler to process it. 6. Chaserpush - Sending cart drop-off notifications to customers in real-time Description - used Apache Flink job and Kafka consumers to process real-time events and send notifications to customers based on serviceability. 7. Fitso by Zomato - Sports center slot booking-based product. Description - Involved slot capacity management, booking, subscriptions, payment handling via Razorpay, APIs exposed via api-gateway. Built Fitso Academy product from scratch along with 2 backend guys from architecture designing to implementation. 8. Zomato Instant - Food delivery in 10 mins Description - Inventory management for dish and equipment, KPT calculation, and more than 12 microservices are involved in this. Show less
