During my tenure, I had the opportunity to work closely with India's leading Payment Gateway. While the Current Accounts product had been rolled out a few months before my joining, there were concerns about its performance that needed to be addressed. I took on the task of investigating the product's conversion funnel in collaboration with various teams. Through this process, I identified ways to enhance conversion rates by targeting leads with a higher propensity to convert. To address this, I developed and implemented a propensity model, which helped optimize the Sales Team's efforts and led to a significant increase in conversion rates. Additionally, I worked with the marketing team to refine channel attribution methodologies, allowing for better allocation of resources across different acquisition channels. Furthermore, I collaborated with the Operations team to streamline reporting metrics, ensuring a better understanding of the business's performance.
