Managed all third party developer relationships, development schedules, launch strategies and third party production teams. -Doubled baseline ARPDAU for games such as Motor World Car Factory, Flutter, and Please Stay Calm by integrating gameplay and functionality best suited for mobile free-to-play game experiences. -Oversaw development and release strategies for 3rd party games in development, beta launch and global growth phases. -Grew high-trust relationships with over 20 developers including Crytek, Nimblebit, Runaway Play and Ohbibi. -Mentor and grew a highly specialized 3rd party producer organization, teaching them free-to-play monetization, mobile marketing/UA, and forecasting. -Worked directly with CEO to determine strategies for 3rd party portfolio. -Responsible for P&L of entire 3rd party division. -Defined marketing and user acquisition targets for titles, determined risk/reward profiles for executing against spend targets.

Lead producer in charge of managing all 3rd party development efforts on DeNA/ngmoco Mobage Platform. -Shipped highest revenue titles including Tiny Tower, Pocket Frogs and Zombie Farm on Android Mobage and continue to update these in close coordination with IP owners to ensure quality bar that they have come to expect. -Engage new developer partners with insight gained from shipping over 40+ mobile games between first and third party in the last 4 years. -Provide Marketing, Design and integration support for 3rd parties developing original games for the Mobage Platform -Supporting international development and localization efforts across Japan, China and Korea and work closely with our operating partners (AT&T, NTT Docomo, Samsung, etc). -And all other responsibilities as listed in Producer below.
2009 - 2012
- Shipped over 10 titles at ngmoco to date. -Concept, create, develop and market all forms of titles from puzzle to strategy to first person shooters to casual online drawing games. - Managing multiple teams of external and internal developers, artists, sound engineers, QA and localization teams to deliver outstanding products and meet milestone dates in a timely manner. - Evaluate real time game analytics and revenue numbers in order to create compelling content updates to retain daily active user (DAU) goals. - Streamlined and created ngmoco's Plus+ Partners game network developer program's acquisition and relationship management. - Achieved integration of the Plus+ framework in the games of 45+ developers including Team17, Universal Music Group, Mumbo Jumbo and Turtle Rock Studios and helped grow the Plus+ networks user sign ups to meet company objectives. -Experienced in all next-generation mobile development markets.

-Launched titles on the Apple AppStore include MazeFinger, Topple, Dr. Awesome, Topple 2, Star Defense. -Managed multiple teams of external developers to deliver completed tasks and meet milestone dates in a timely manner. -Conceptualized and designed levels and gameplay modes in such titles as Topple 2 and Dr. Awesome. -Coordinated asset delivery among external sound, art, and localization teams. -Organized and prioritized items discovered by external QA teams on the various titles. -Currently working on two new titles while managing the live update process for all currently released titles.

Currently in a role where I'm prioritizing and allocating work items and projects, dealing with client issues directly through support, communicating our status with other departments (QA, Ops, SysAdmins, AdServer, ReportWare). Diving a little bit into product management -- information gathering and specification writing. On top of that, still developing our current system YieldManager, which is written in PHP/mySQL that heavily utilized Ajax and XML.
