Currently I am working as a Software developer in Account Manager Team based in Syntel ltd , Pune.Team is responsible for the enhancement of the Account Manger web project using C# , Asp .Net and SQL server. Responsiblities:- • Requirement Analysis and Finalizing the Solutions to implement production support tasks in KANBAN methodology. • Enhancement of the application using Visual Studio 2010. • Communicate with client to ensure end user information discrepancies resolved on daily scheduled client call. • Responsible for understanding requirement, collaborating and coordinating work with team mates, assist team mates in understanding requirements and final delivery of work. • Creation of Unit Test Plans to ensure minimal defect escape. • Key resource in providing solutions to incident requests (to provide quick solution for the application outage) raised by the end users through Unicenter Service desk . • Implementing work requests in production rose through task tracker which includes the code changes as per the Business requirements.
