That is the whole brief. I dug into it, and Deepa's brief can't be met as written — I've held off booking. Here's why: **Who passed screening (tracker, req SBE-2026-04) — 5 people, not 4:** Karthik Menon, Rohan Iyer, Meera Nair, Priya Sharma, and **Ishaan Kapoor** (applied 25 Jun, passed — he's not on the 23 Jun shortlist doc, which predates him). **The window doesn't hold them:** - 10:00–13:00 is 180 min = 4 × 45 min at best. Five candidates never fit. - Worse, your calendar has **Design review — Atlas 11:00–11:45** on 2 July ("not movable this week"). The scheduling policy says never book a candidate over an existing commitment and never shorten interviews. - That leaves only two clean 45-min slots inside the window: **10:00–10:45** and **11:45–12:30**. Why only two fit: - Five candidates passed screening on SBE-2026-04, not four. Ishaan Kapoor passed on 25 June, after the 23 June shortlist doc was written, so he may not be on your radar yet. - The Atlas design review sits at 11:00–11:45 on the 2nd and can't move, which splits your 10:00–13:00 window into a 60-minute and a 75-minute gap. Each holds exactly one 45-minute interview inside the 13:00 hard stop. That does leave an unavoidable 11:00–11:45 gap between the two — no way around it without shortening interviews or double-booking. - Karthik has a handover in Berlin until 11:00 UTC, so he had to take the later slot.
