Aakash Bhoite is a technophile software professional and digital nomad with a passion for working on SMAC (Social, Mobile, Analytics & Cloud) technologies. With over 7 years of experience in the industry, Aakash is a technically focused and customer-oriented Software Engineer in Test, currently working at Rishabh Software. In his previous role as Lead QA Engineer at mplify tech services pvt. ltd., Aakash was responsible for manual testing of applications on various mobile, tablet, and wearable devices. He has a strong ability to identify, troubleshoot, and debug issues and bottlenecks in mobile apps for Android & iOS. He is experienced in creating, reviewing, and executing functional and non-functional test plans/cases within an agile environment based on user stories, along with functional, sanity, smoke, regression, and ad-hoc testing. Aakash is also proficient in using JIRA tools for defect logging and report generation, TestRail for test case management, and maintaining test artefacts. Aakash has hands-on experience in API testing via SOAP UI, POSTMAN, performance testing via JMETER, and Selenium IDE & WebDriver. He has also worked as a Web Developer at doorstepforex.com, where he was responsible for the company's web development strategy, website design, development, and deployment. Aakash has a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from PARUL INSTITUTE OF ENGG. AND TECH., LIMDA, VAGHODIA 037, and a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree from Navrachana University. He also holds a Diploma in Engineering from The Maharaja Sayajirao University, with a specialization in E-Textiles. Aakash completed his schooling from Baroda High School, where he studied Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services.
