She has previously worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at the good glamm group, where she was involved in industry mapping, headhunting, social networking, sourcing, screening, and strategic recruitment. She has also worked as a Deputy Manager - Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Elara. Aarzoo holds an EDP-HRM in association with SHRM from XLRI, a Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) from the Institute of Social Sciences, Agra, and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from Dr. B. R.
