Abhigyan Khaund is a highly motivated Software Engineer with a keen interest in Distributed Computing and Machine Learning. He is currently pursuing his Master's in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology, specializing in Computing Systems and Machine Learning. Abhigyan is a research assistant at the Systems of AI Lab under the guidance of Prof. Alexey Tumanov, where he is working on soft real-time serving of multi-task deep learning models. Before joining Georgia Tech, Abhigyan worked as a Software Engineer at Microsoft, where he gained valuable experience in the field of Computer Science. He completed his Bachelor's in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Mandi, where he developed a strong foundation in the field. Abhigyan is passionate about solving problems that are created by humans knowingly or unknowingly. He believes that the computer and internet as a technology have democratized learning and access to knowledge but still have a long way to go to reach perfection. Abhigyan is determined to contribute to the development of this technology, one byte at a time. Abhigyan's expertise lies in Software Engineering, AI, Deep Learning, and Machine Learning. He has a strong understanding of computation and performance scalability problems and is always looking for ways to help the next billion users get aboard the wondrous platform of computer and internet technology.
