Abhinaw Sachan is a Principal Software Engineer at SAP Labs with over 6 years of experience in the software industry. He is a graduate of Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur with a degree in Chemical Engineering. Currently, Abhinaw is working on End-to-End Process Visibility leveraging the benefits of SAP HANA. Prior to this, he worked on the integration of two of SAP's key products, Process-Integration (PI) & Business Process Management (BPM). He was primarily responsible for New Feature Development, Enhancements in Current Features, Customer Messages handling, Supporting team-members to perform better, etc. He also worked on NetWeaver Performance enhancement tasks, successfully found the root-cause of two critical problems, and provided the solution. Abhinaw's specialties include experience in Business Rules domain, Process Integration, Business Process Management, working with distributed teams, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, excellent development turnaround time with quality delivery, proven ability of solving totally new and complex problems, and working on new topics, proven ability to solve Performance related problems, and experience in mentoring other developers. Abhinaw has worked with SAP for over 17 years, starting with YASU Technologies, which was later acquired by SAP. He has worked on various projects related to NetWeaver Performance enhancement, SAP NetWeaver BRM, and PI-BPM integration. He has also been responsible for integrating QuickRules (YASU BRM product) into SAP NetWeaver, developing new features in BRM, and enhancing/maintaining existing features.
