Abhishek Kayasth is a marketing enthusiast with a data-driven approach and a positive mindset to make impactful decisions. He is currently pursuing his MBA from IIM Nagpur, specializing in the marketing domain. Prior to this, Abhishek worked as a Software Developer at Newgen Software Technologies Ltd for two years after completing his Bachelor's in Computer Science from Shiv Nadar University. Abhishek is fascinated by the impact of an effective marketing and communication strategy on the decision-making process and buying behavior. He aspires to positively impact the organization, society, and humanity at large by applying his learnings from his past experiences and studies. He is an active member of an NGO and believes in contributing to society and less privileged ones in whatever capacity he can. Abhishek is a proficient drummer and has played at various renowned concerts. He also loves capturing the minute details around him with his photography skills. Abhishek is very passionate about automobiles and envisages working for a German Automobile one day. Currently, Abhishek is working as a Marketing Intern at Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited. He has performed in-depth market research on 650+ CNG stations and processed and analyzed data of 3000+ CNG stations to develop visual insights and recommendations on the future of natural gas. Abhishek has also designed marketing and communication campaigns to increase footfall in retail pumps and developed go-to-market strategies to set up new standalone CNG retail pumps and drive sales. Abhishek has worked as a Business Development intern at Clearexam, where he leveraged clientele data to increase brand awareness by outbound and telemarketing sales, ideated and executed pre-sales for the premium business model, and trained and managed 60+ interns. He has also worked as a Coordinator at Abhyudaya, Cultural Club at IIM Nagpur. Abhishek's educational background includes a Bachelor's in Computer Science from Shiv Nadar University and a Master's in Business Administration from IIM Nagpur. He has a strong tech stack, including skills in software engineering, research, product management, Python, and MySQL. Abhishek has a total of 3.95 years of relevant experience.
