Adarsh Shrivastav is a highly motivated Trainee Software Engineer with a passion for learning and exploring new technologies. He is currently working at neosoft as a Software Engineer Trainee, where he is gaining valuable experience in software development and testing. Adarsh has a strong background in electronics and telecommunication, having completed his Bachelor of Technology in this field from Symbiosis Institute of Technology in 2019. Adarsh has 2.45 years of relevant experience in the industry, having previously worked as a Research and Development Engineer at Technic Electronic Corporation - India, where he was responsible for testing and analyzing circuits, product re-development, micro-controller programming using embedded C programming, designing schematics and wiring diagrams, creating Bill of Materials (BOM) of products, production supervision, and quality control. He has also worked as a Technical Intern at Central Electronics Limited, where he was involved in railway signaling R&D, supported researches and documents management in preparation for fail-safety trials of SSDAC and HASSDAC with their other projects, worked on axle counter which is used in railways for monitoring defined track section to provide occupancy/clear status, and worked on train simulator device for testing and analyzing systems. Adarsh is a quick learner and has a strong technical background in software engineering, research, and testing. He is proficient in various programming languages and tools, including C, C++, Java, Python, and MATLAB. Adarsh has a can-do attitude and is always willing to take on new challenges. He believes in the quote by Walt Disney, “The way to get started is to quit talking and begin doing,” and applies this philosophy to his work.
