• Contributed as Associate Manager for the FICO CCS Sales Support BI Analytics team. Responsible for leading and managing a team of four tableau resources. Was also responsible for contributing to the team by working as an individual performer.• Led the data workflow design and documentation, Tableau report design and creating best practices, data quality check, requirement gathering from client, understanding business needs, and converting the data into Tableau reports that gets used by the business owners from various clients of FICO in the APAC region thereby improving client business decisions.• Examined the daily transaction data, merging the data coming from various sources into a single data source using PERL script.
