    The project involved implementing the preliminary work done in the Eating & Dining Channel (Franchise Owned Bottler system) to increase incidence in the Snack/Roll shops in Kolkata city by: • Successfully executing 3 pilot models in 60 street food shops distributed across 3 different locations in Kolkata to determine the most profitable and sustainable model in this channel • Responsible for coordinating with members of three different entities to successfully execute the above pilots - Bottling plant of Coca Cola in Kolkata, Ogilvy Action and Coca Cola India Inc. • Achievements: Bottling plant owner satisfied with the pilot execution and ordered full scale rollout in Kolkata (1500 street food shops), project featured in an article in Brand Equity (Economic Times) on 6 June, 2012
