Aditya Prakash is an experienced Instructional Designer, L&D Specialist, and Content Developer with over 8 years of experience in curriculum design and development. He is currently working as a Senior Analyst, Learning and Development at Dell Technologies, where he is responsible for developing and reviewing technical training content for both instructor-led training and web-based learning in an agile environment. Aditya has a strong knowledge of various tools like Articulate Studio 360, Articulate Storyline, Storyboard, Xyleme, Adobe Captivate, and PowerPoint. Aditya completed his M.Tech in Electronics and Communication from Punjab Technical University and B.Tech from Lovely Professional University. He has worked with multiple clients from various industries to understand their learning needs and has employed project management skills and tools to manage multiple mediums to large-scale projects from analysis through delivery concurrently. He has collaborated effectively with cross-functional teams to analyze the client’s business objectives and develop solution blueprints (LNAs), learner engagement strategies, evaluation plans, and process improvement initiatives while applying adult learning principles. In his previous role as the Academic Lead, E-learning at Inurture, Aditya led a team of content developers, SMEs, instructional designers, and multimedia developers, and provided mentorship in performing day-to-day activities. He partnered with multiple clients from various industries to understand their learning needs and collaborated effectively with cross-functional teams to analyze the client’s business objectives. Aditya also worked with peers to develop solution blueprints (LNAs), learner engagement strategies, evaluation plans, and process improvement initiatives while applying adult learning principles. Aditya is also an Executive Committee Member of LPU Alumni Association and was elected as the President of LPU Alumni Association Pune Chapter. In this role, he provides support to college-mates with the help of Executive committee members. Aditya's tech stack includes designer and web development.
