Agnibha Nath is a technical leader and co-founder of SendX, a company that specializes in email marketing and deliverability. With over 11 years of relevant experience, Nath is a seasoned engineering and product professional with a passion for customer obsession and big data. Currently, Nath serves as a technical consultant for Sendworks, the company that acquired SendX. In this role, Nath is responsible for scaling the existing emailing MTA to achieve best-in-class email deliverability for hundreds of millions of emails every month. Nath also uses partnering technologies to improve email delivery across different email providers like Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, and all corporate email backends. Additionally, Nath uses rules-based systems to avoid problems like spamming, blocking of mails, and deciphering email-related errors to improve unboxing for over 500 customers. Before joining Sendworks, Nath co-founded SendX and wore multiple hats, including feature development, payments, scaling backend, growing teams, customer support, email deliverability, operations, going through due diligence processes, finances, legal understanding of companies both in India and the USA. Nath was responsible for rapid feature development, testing and debugging system and UI level issues, presentation on new features to clients, scaling backend while maintaining reliability of existing system, figuring out business problems to be solved using technology, integration with multiple platforms, active customer support for over 14 hours a day for over a year, helping marketing and sales teams with resources and technical knowhow of tools, solution building for sending emails in millions and then hundreds of millions a month, team building and delegation of tasks in customer support and email deliverability, talking to solution partners and outsourcing of activities like operations, observing revenue fluctuations, email deliverability-related activities, communication with major inbox providers, and observing legal activities and compliance along with other co-founders. Nath also presented "Laws of Email Spam" on YourStory Techsparks 2020. Prior to SendX, Nath worked as a software engineer at Indix, where he worked on head-on customer-related issues, large data processing, and systems around it. Nath's technical stack includes Big Data, Java, test, backend, JavaScript, microservices, software engineer, UI, integration, infra, Ansible, Scala, MapReduce, CI/CD, product manager, Hadoop, Spring, mobile, web, and Golang.
