Previously, Ahmed founded two startups, Firmapp, a social networking site only for students, and WeWrite, a user-based blogging and story-telling platform. At WeWrite, Ahmed served as the Founder & CEO, and introduced a revolutionary approach to fight fake news with WeWrite's FakeCheck. Ahmed has also worked as the CTO of DennyDots, a revolutionary online platform for home decor. Currently, he is working as a Software Engineer at DennyDots, which is now part of ShiftInd, a tech-based transportation platform. ShiftInd aims to make the industry fully organized and accessible for everyone. With ShiftInd's Vyapar (Business), anyone can be a ShiftInd Transporter and earn great money as an independent contractor. Ahmed holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from West Bengal University of Technology, Kolkata, and completed his Class 12th science from Cathedral Mission High School.
