Ajay Jha is a Cloud Technology Leader/Architect at Citrix with over 15 years of relevant experience. He has expertise in mentoring product teams in Cloud Security, Performance, Resiliency, Disaster Recovery, Site Reliability Engineering, Tools, and Platform Applications. Ajay has experience working with public cloud technologies, developing and deploying solutions on Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, and IBM cloud. He has also worked in Multi-cloud and Cloud agnostic solutions, with deep experience in micro-services and Kubernetes platform. Currently, Ajay is working as a Principal Cloud Ops Engineer at Citrix, where he implements and reviews designs, architecture, and Cloud services and Tools Landscape. He also reviews DR plans and Drills, builds and drives teams for the next-generation Application Hosting and SRE hosting platform on Kubernetes and cloud-native applications. Ajay is responsible for Cloud Governance and Security and building the custom version Well-architected framework for SRE practices for the products and services. He works on Azure, GCP, AWS, Kubernetes, Containers, Helm, Terraform, Python, C#, Service Mesh, Cloudaware, and Security. In his past roles, Ajay has worked as a Principal Engineer at Apttus and EFI. At Apttus, he worked as a lead and managed a scrum team to develop, drive, deliver, and maintain highly scalable micro-services using docker and Kubernetes for both stateful and stateless use cases. He has contributed to managing, designing, and maintaining highly available and scalable micro-services such as Multi-tenant Storage as a Service, Cache as a Service, No-SQL as a Service, Cron Scheduler as a Service, Notification as a Service, CI/CD and Release Management as a Service, Diagnostics library telemetry (APM), and logging. At EFI, Ajay worked as a Lead and Developer for backend Printme Cloud, improving cloud performance for the legacy cloud, writing highly maintainable and scalable code, and improving Oracle database scalability and performance tuning. Ajay has a Master's Degree in Computer Science from BIT Mesra.
