Songs I Know - Solo Project
Live Link: https://songs-i-know.herokuapp.com/songapp/ Built a custom repertoire to store self-taught guitar songs. Includes song lyrics, guitar tabs and video tutorials. Motivation: The unfortunate truth behind teaching yourself guitar is that "the more songs you learn, the more songs you forget you have learned." Songs-I-Know was designed to fix that issue - allowing the user to store all relevant learning material for the songs they have studied. Technical: - Created back-end API from scratch using Django development conventions (model, view, template) - Fully CRUD'able - Implemented front-end to mimic 80's neon style - Implemented separate light-theme and dark-theme (both stylesheets included in repository)
