Clients: Padmapper (Zumper), Pie Systems, Billion Acts (Google-backed non-profit), U.S. Geological Survey Client: PadMapper (Zumper) • Collaborated with 1 other designer, Head of Product @Zumper, and an engineer to redesign the apartment rental listing details page for PadMapper's responsive web app. • Drove the end-to-end design process from research, through ideation, hi-fi prototyping, and validation testing. Client: Pie Systems • Partnered with 2 designers, Founder, and an engineer to design a merchant dashboard that helps merchants initiate and manage Value Added Tax (VAT) refunds for tourists. • Synthesized research from the team in Denmark, restructured the web app's information architecture and designed the customer insights and VAT refund dashboard screens. • Created and managed a style guide to ensure a common design language among designers. • Ensured designs scaled effectively across various screen sizes (responsive web). Client: Billion Acts (Google-backed non-profit) • Led a 1-week design sprint with a team of 5 designers to brainstorm how to create an onboarding experience that optimizes for conversions. • Created hi-fidelity, interactive prototypes for validation testing. Changes implemented resulted in increased site functionality and feature comprehension. Client: U.S. Geological Survey • Performed card sorting exercises to determine the information hierarchy and progressive disclosure implementation for their Coastal Storm Modeling System (CoSMoS) responsive web app.
