Onboarding Lead - UK MCAPS
Objective: To improve the onboarding experience for Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS) UK new starters. • MCAPS UK (In person) Welcome Day introduced. • Collaborated with Principal Content Project Manager to design an onboarding video. • New branding created for MCAPS UK starter correspondence. • New post onboarding comms created. • Worked with an external agency to design and build a new starter welcome box. • New manager email comms created, highlighting their responsibilities and enhancements made to the onboarding process. • SharePoint site created for new starters and managers, to give a point of reference for comms and updates. • Creation, distribution, and analysis of attendee questionnaire to monitor success of programme.

Senior Technical Recruiter responsible for UK wide delivery for Security, Cloud, Project/Program Management, Application, Testing, End User and Functions (HR/Finance), for both private and public sector customers.
