Product Manager
At The Cosmos, I was employee #3 and owned the full conception, creation, and product lifecycle for Camp Cosmos, an immersive, virtual, cohort-based experiential product for Asian women. I led all aspects of Camp -- accounting for 20% of total company revenue -- including market research, development, experience design, product iteration, and marketing and sales strategy. In parallel with Camp, I led experience design and program structure for our small business accelerator for Asian women, owning culture-setting and community building through both live events and virtual curation on Slack and Teachable. (I also directed and produced an extremely badass photoshoot that launched the next generation of the Cosmos brand identity that is still used today!)

Campus Experience Lead, Flatiron School
As Campus Lead, I led the day-to-day experience of all students and staff that worked and learned on our campus. I managed student program experience for over 400 students from onboarding to graduation, and owned the remote transition of campus community events post-COVID. I led employee experience and professional development for a team of 30+ technical instructors, and spearheaded the audit and relaunch of our local hiring process for instructors. I took 120 candidates through our funnel, managing and coordinating all aspects of the interview and onboarding process and ultimately growing our team by 32%! (I was humbled to be awarded Flatiron's Make No Little Plans Core Value Award for my work in this role!)

Community Marketing Lead, Flatiron School
As Community Marketing Lead, I owned the development and execution of all live events-based marketing for Flatiron School's flagship and largest campus, with my largest events driving nearly 500 RSVPs and over 100 attendees. I led local partnerships with Meetup groups, community-based non-profits, and corporate sponsors to build Flatiron School brand awareness and value alignment, and regularly scoped and delivered new partnerships that felt authentic and delivered results to all brands involved. Alongside incredible instructors, I concepted and launched two new record-breaking data science workshops and went on to scale them across 11 markets in the US and UK.

At AAFE, I served as Program Director for a city-funded after-school program for high schoolers, developed and managed corporate partnerships, and owned outside student enrichment opportunities including our annual large-scale Career Conference and Summer Retreat, as well as field trips, seasonal celebrations, college visits, and job shadowing events. I developed program design, marketing strategy, and KPIs for my program and supervised over 100 program enrolled students, providing weekly facilitation plus one-on-one counseling. In addition, I managed and supervised a small team of 15 junior staff members working across multiple concurrent projects.
