Provide full-cycle recruiting including onboarding and entering and processing of new hire information and records Coordinate interviews with candidates, consultants and partners Ensure an efficient and motivating candidate experience during the selection process Contract management with accompanying the offer and post-offer process until the agreed start date Manage benefits administration to include employee enrollments and termination, claims resolution, change reporting to carriers and brokers, and timely communication of benefits information and eligibility to employees Responsible for managing local employee records on the HRIS system. Completes regular data audits to ensure 100% data accuracy. Provide support to global HR and recruitment initiatives, as required.
