Centro Integrado de Tecnologia da Informação (CITI) is a business supported by CIn/UFPE driven to promote entrepreneurship and management education to the computer science and computer engineering students. As a trainee, I had two relevant experiences: - GEMA (Agile Methods Study Group): This group was responsible for studying, promoting and adopting agile methodologies to the CITI software development projects. The main activities were teaching agile methods and coaching teams. - Education: CITI used to have only one business area focused on software development projects. We decided to create a new business area: education, so we could promote IT courses. Soon, after six months, it became the most profitable area of the company.
