Aman Batra is an accomplished business leader with over 9 years of experience in corporate development, data analytics, and operations. He is a graduate of IIM Calcutta and has a proven track record of leading large teams across various domains, including business strategy, revenue growth, and sales operations. Aman's key strengths include attention to detail, execution excellence, developing strong stakeholder relationships, and building capable teams. He has a deep understanding of P&L management, revenue growth, business strategy, and analysis. Currently, Aman is the Head of Strategy & New Initiatives at InsuranceDekho, where he is responsible for corporate development and investor relations. He is also leading the development of an analytics engine and incubating and scaling multiple 0-->1 initiatives to fuel future growth. Prior to joining InsuranceDekho, Aman worked at OYO, where he held various leadership positions. As the Revenue Growth Head- Global, he led a team of 20+ high-caliber individuals to deliver incremental revenue globally for the organization. He was responsible for identifying market and process gaps and building world-class processes to plug gaps and then scale up processes through state-of-the-art automation. As the Chief of Staff - COO's Office, he was responsible for overall business operations, creating systems and processes to streamline operations. He was a "thought partner" to the COO and executed the most critical needs of the organization, enabling new growth avenues and formulating growth strategies for existing lines of businesses. Aman's educational background includes an MBA in Sales & Marketing from IIM Calcutta, and a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from GGSIPU. He also holds a High School degree in Physics, Chemistry, and Maths from Delhi Public School, Vasant Kunj.
