Amandeep Kaur is a dedicated and experienced software test engineer with over 6 years of relevant experience in the IT industry. Currently studying Project Management at Algoma University, she is seeking a co-op opportunity for Fall 2022. Amandeep has extensive experience in analyzing business documents and functional specification documents, and is an expert in gap analysis. She has a proven ability to analyze data and business requirements to create a test strategy and scenarios. Amandeep has experience in creating and executing manual test cases, troubleshoot defects, and performing exploratory manual testing. She has also designed the Automation Framework (Data Driven & Hybrid) from scratch and their implementation and maintenance. Amandeep has worked on frameworks that involved Eclipse, Maven Integration, Selenium WebDriver, Page Object Model (POM), Java, and TestNG. She is well-versed in automation testing with Python scripting and has been involved in Oracle database testing with automation scripts. In her previous role as a Senior QA Engineer-I at Evolving Systems, Amandeep was involved in functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, UAT, and overall application testing with good exposure to SDLC, STLC, and Bug Life Cycle. She has also worked for the telecommunication domain and analyzed business requirements provided by telecom customers such as Airtel-Nigeria, Tanzania. Amandeep has hands-on experience in bundle and top-ups activation processes. Amandeep has a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, Ludhiana, and a Diploma in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Thapar Polytechnic College, Patiala. She also completed her High School education from Guru Nanak Dev Academy, Batala. Amandeep's tech stack includes test, integration, Selenium, SDET, Python, Java, QA, and Mobile.
