Amar Bathwal is a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with over 4 years of experience in full-stack development. Currently working at distill.io as a Software Engineer II, Amar is the core developer of the browser box, which is an engine to render any URL in a co-browsing environment with features to visually select nodes, record and playback events, and shareable sessions. He has also developed an OAuth2 provider to integrate third-party services like discourse, internal products, etc. for distill. Additionally, he has designed and implemented a tree-view library in SvelteJS from scratch and an expression parser that compiles expressions based on dynamic operators and generates tokens and ASTs. Prior to his current role, Amar worked at TCS as an Assistant System Engineer. He was responsible for interacting Java application with a C code using JNI wrapper and implemented Ant build script to make web service-specific war files and containerize them with Docker. He also redesigned the ActiveMQ based architecture into Kafka based messaging queue for reliable, scalable, and continuous data transmission.
