Amit Mishra is a seasoned Software Development Engineer with over 8 years of experience in the field. He is currently working as a Senior Software Development Engineer - III at Exotel, where he is a part of the Product Engineering team. His responsibilities include end-to-end software engineering aspects such as designing, architecting, planning systems and services, development, testing, deployment, instrumentation, dashboarding, and monitoring. He is also responsible for debugging production issues and handling production incidents, project and stakeholder management, mentoring, and technical evangelizing. Amit has a strong technical background and is proficient in various technologies such as React js, Redux, Nodejs, Express Js, Hapijs, Koajs, GraphQL, Angular 4+, JavaScript, Wordpress, Mysql, jQuery, Shopify, Php, and MongoDB. He is also an expert in designing the frontend of applications with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Social developing, and APIs, and Restful APIs. Furthermore, Amit has expertise in Google Analytics, Webmaster, Tag-manager, Keyword Planning, SEO Optimization, and Facebook business. Prior to joining Exotel, Amit has worked with Linkites Infotech, where he held various positions such as Lead Software Engineer - II and Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack Web). At Linkites Infotech, he developed and implemented complex web applications on multiple platforms like WordPress, YII, Angular 4, and Woo commerce. Amit also provided continued maintenance and development of bug fixes and patch sets for existing web applications. He coordinated with systems partners to finalize designs and confirm requirements and diagnosed and troubleshooted UNIX and Windows processing problems and applied solutions to increase company efficiency. Amit holds a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from Barkatullah University and a PGDCP degree from Genx Soft Technologies Bhopal. He also completed his HSC SSC from SSM High School Rewa.
