Ananth Hegde is an accomplished software engineer with over 8 years of relevant experience in the industry. Currently working at Cisco, he is a part of the Collaboration Technology Group (CTG) and is involved in the design and development of various platforms. He has contributed to the development of a Native Cloud Conversational IVR Platform for WebEx Contact Center (WxCC) and WebEx Contact Center Enterprise (WxCCE). Additionally, he has also worked on the Voice IVR Platform for WebEx Contact Center Enterprise (WxCCE). Prior to his current role, Ananth worked as a Technical Lead for Big Data Analytics at Reni Analytics. He was responsible for backend development for an analytical service platform for Account Targeting and Intelligent Pricing Solutions, which used Big Data technology. Before that, he worked as a Senior Research Engineer at the Center for Study of Science, where he developed AI/Analytics-based systems to improve the delivery of child nutrition programs for the Government of India. Ananth holds a Master of Technology (MTech) degree in Information Technology from IIIT Bangalore and a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Amrita University. He possesses a diverse tech stack, including Java, Spring, Big Data, Python, Azure, Web, Spring Boot, Microservices, AI, Mobile, NLP, MySQL, Elastic Search, Kafka, AWS, Postgres, Frontend, and Infra.
