Aniruddha Sarwate is an accomplished Scrum Master with 18 years of IT experience in global delivery of software projects in various delivery models like SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, as well as On-Premises. He is a certified Professional Scrum Master I, Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master, and Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist. Aniruddha has extensive experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies with 6 years’ experience as Scrum Master working with high performing, well-organized, and effective Scrum teams. Aniruddha has 8 years’ experience in project management, stakeholder and team management, risk management, and release management. He has 10 years' Quality Assurance experience in leading and managing testing deliverables for complex projects including conducting quality and process audits. Currently, Aniruddha works as a Scrum Master at Hitachi Vantara where he coaches the Scrum team as well as clients on the correct and efficient scrum adoption to ensure on-time delivery with the mandated quality. He recognizes issues and determines actions needed to advance the decision-making process with the required follow-ups. He proactively keeps all stakeholder customers informed with both formal and informal communication. Aniruddha manages and tracks budgets, project forecasts, and actuals along with financial milestones. He also manages resource management for a 150+ member team, which included creating an easy-to-read tracker to provide clarity and visibility on the immediate resourcing needs along with the required metrics. Aniruddha has also worked as an Agile Consultant, enabling cultural change, driving Agile transformation, and creating an environment for teams to take decisions to produce a releasable increment every sprint. He emphasizes the importance of Scrum ceremonies and metrics to assess team health and progress. Aniruddha has also worked as a QA Engineer at Innovative Computer Consultants, where he prepared, reviewed, and executed functional and UI test cases and logged and tracked defects using TestDirector. Aniruddha holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mech from Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia. His tech stack includes test, QA, Mobile, and Web.
