Anoop Kumar is a serial entrepreneur with almost 2 decades of experience in managing people, customers, and businesses across India, the Middle East, and the US. He is the Founder of Zaria Ventures, a talent aggregator that helps companies in the Middle East hire talent from across the globe. Anoop is also the Co-Founder of Kannur District's largest Diagnostic Lab called Leo Clinical Diagnostic Centre LLP since 2018. Anoop has founded a language translation firm called Akshar Translations in 2008. He was the Director Placements at Masai School, where 16 batches graduated during his tenure, of which 12 were 100% placed. In total, 795 students were placed across 200+ companies under his leadership in 18 months. He was also the Head of TA at Dunzo, where he onboarded 50+ world-class tech talent within 5 months. 14 senior tech talent included DoE, Principal Architect, SEM, EM's & SSE2s for multiple tech stack were onboarded. He also brought down agency dependency from 56% to 24% within 3 months. Anoop's experience also includes being the VP-BD and Ops at Zyoin, where he grew the revenue from INR.3 Crore to INR.7 Crore. He led the offshore deliver center at Codesoft Inc, which contributed to the growth from $10 Million to $18 Million in 3 years. Anoop holds an MBA in HR from Adam Smiths University and an MDBA in HR from TASMAC. He also has a B.Sc in Computer Science from Bangalore University. Additionally, he has completed the Landmark Forum from Landmark Education Corporation. Anoop's technical expertise includes being a Senior Software Engineer and Search.
