Anton Bright is a Principal Software Engineer at Chargebee with over 10 years of experience in the field. When he is not working, Anton can be found swimming laps or running long distances at the Velachery Aquatic complex or hitting the gym. Anton has worked with various organizations in the past, including Lynk Logistics and Aggu Labs. At Lynk Logistics, he was a Senior Software Engineer and contributed to multiple teams, including Platform, Core, and Gandalf. He designed and implemented the credit engine microservice and created a query builder JSON to SQL where clause transformer and evaluator. He also reduced AWS ECS and Elasticsearch costs by introducing capacity providers and Elasticsearch ultrawarm, respectively. Anton worked on the app-manager framework and redesigned the campaign runner to have a throughput of sending 1 Lakh campaigns in under 40 minutes reliably. He moved the entire production AWS infrastructure from one account to another in under six hours, including all data and service migrations. He also built various JIRA plugins to improve the SDLC process at LYNK and introduced CI/CD to legacy dotnet components by leveraging gitlab-ci.yml and Docker. At Aggu Labs, Anton was a Senior Member of Technical Staff and worked on Project OCOH, building a distributed system using Azure App services, Cosmos DB, Dropbox integrations, Azure Storage (blob and queue) in the node ecosystem. He also built a web application using the React ecosystem. Anton has a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Government College of Engineering and completed his Higher Secondary education in Mathematics and Science from C E O A Matriculation Hr Secondary School.
