Anusha Sridhar is a seasoned product management professional with over a decade of experience in the tech industry. She has worked as an engineer and product manager for some of the biggest names in the industry, including Adobe and Amdocs. Anusha is a straight-A student who graduated from one of the best B Schools in India, IIM Ahmedabad, where she earned her MBA in Strategy and Marketing. Anusha believes in building a strong foundation and enhancing her transferable skills. She has pushed herself out of her comfort zone and learned technology while gaining exceptional communication skills. She is passionate about fitness and believes that there is no "right" time to do anything. Anusha is currently a Senior Product Manager at Excellarate, previously known as Synerzip. She is responsible for problem discovery, solutioning, product vision, and strategy for Talento Today, a social network for youth football players. The app went live in November 2020 and has over 20,000 users signed up. Anusha has formulated marketing campaigns for acquisition and engagement and worked with engineering and UX teams to drive product execution. Anusha has also worked as a Senior Consultant for Infosys Consulting, where she was responsible for business consulting, and as a Lead Software Engineer for Adobe. She has a BE in Computer Science and Engineering from Maharshi Dayanand University and has participated in an exchange program at ESCP Business School. Anusha is a dog lover, gif ninja, and serious-power-napper. She loves talking to and meeting new people and is always looking for ways to improve herself.
