Apsar's experience as a programmer for 6 years has given him the benefit of understanding the core problems of the development team. He loves to support the team and encourage individuals to explore their potential. Apsar's expertise in Scrum and Agile methodologies has helped him build strong, result-oriented teams, and handle complex projects with client management. Currently working as a Technical Project Manager at rdalabs llc, Apsar has previously worked as a Project Manager and Senior Software Engineer at Softway. At Softway, Apsar worked on heavy backend applications in the Laravel framework and was involved in the development of critical API and Auditing systems. He found it much fun to work with a challenging and innovative environment. Apsar completed his diploma in Computer Engineering from nttf in 2011.
