Arifa has also worked as a Lead Technical Recruiter at KeepTruckin, where she built software engineering teams covering various layers, including front-end, back-end, SQA, embedded QA, data science, CV, and mobile application development. She has experience with various ATS and sourcing tools, and is proficient in reporting/funnel metrics & process management.
