Arish Ojaswi is a dynamic and ambitious Product Manager with a passion for customer products in the tech industry. He believes in the power of storytelling through data and has a track record of success in improving user insights, personalisation, data analytics, and backend platforms. Currently, Arish is part of the team at Cult.fit, where he works on a mix of customer-facing and backend products. Prior to his current role, Arish worked with Walmart Global Tech, where he improved the data and business intelligence infrastructure for their UK e-commerce division (ASDA). He has also interned at UnitedHealth, where he theorised two psychological possibilities explaining divergent reactions of people to court verdicts in India. Arish holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB), where he graduated with a double major in Technology and Marketing and was part of the Dean's List. He also has a BTech degree from IIT Hyderabad with a major in Computer Science and a minor in Entrepreneurship. Arish has a diverse range of experiences, from studying the guidance and control systems of the Epsilon Launch Vehicle at The Graduate University for Advanced Studies (Sokendai) in collaboration with JAXA and ISAS, to converting design thinking into innovative solutions in Tokyo and Tohoku Regions through workshops and fieldwork. Arish's tech stack includes product management, backend, and infra, and he has relevant experience of 3.95 years. He is a team player with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic. Arish is driven to create innovative solutions that meet the needs of customers and businesses alike.
