Arjoon Srikanth is a highly skilled Forward Deployed Engineer at Palantir Technologies with a passion for solving big data and analytics problems using clean, high-performing software engineering solutions. He graduated from Rice University with a degree in Computer Science and Statistics, and a minor in Financial Computation and Modeling. During his time at Rice University, Arjoon was honored to be a Trustee Distinguished Scholar, as well as on the President's Honor Roll. Arjoon's detailed skillset includes expertise in a variety of programming languages and software, including Python, SQL, C++, Java, R, Spark, AWS EC2, and Hadoop. He is also well-versed in machine learning methodologies such as SVMs, Naive Bayes, regression-based learning, generative models, tree-based methods, unsupervised learning, neural networks, and deep learning. Additionally, Arjoon has experience with statistical methodologies such as mathematical statistics, stochastic processes, time series methods, and Bayesian inference. In his current role at Palantir Technologies, Arjoon is responsible for designing, building, and deploying software solutions that solve complex data problems for clients in various industries. Prior to joining Palantir, he worked as a Data Scientist/Engineer, ML at BBVA and as a Teaching Assistant at Rice University. Arjoon's technical expertise and experience make him an ideal candidate for roles such as Data Scientist, Research Scientist, or Computer Vision Engineer.
