Currently, he is working as a Product Manager at Logward where he is responsible for defining the roadmap of the products in line with sales and marketing and working closely with engineering to create stellar products. He also functions closely with the customers to understand their pain points and creates products that add value. Arun is also a Co-Founder of InstaHire for the hospitality industry where he built a hiring platform for restaurants from inception. He architected and designed solutions for the product and streamlined the product delivery process. He also defined metrics to monitor customer behavior and drove adoption. Arun holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Information Science and Engineering from Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology.
