Arushi J. is an Advanced Consultant at Taleo Consulting with over 5 years of relevant experience in project management, business intelligence, and digital transformation. She holds a strategic mindset and is always full of ideas for innovation. Arushi is a resourceful team player who is also extremely effective independently. Arushi is a graduate of Audencia Business School and a recipient of the "Eiffel scholarship of Academic Excellence" granted by Campus France and the French government. She is a people person and holds the capability to take responsibility and be a leader when required. Currently, Arushi is working for Taleo consulting as an advanced consultant, where she consults various companies in their business innovation projects. She helps her clients in organizing and conducting activities for change management projects like KPI allocation, digital tools roll-out, IT program and project management, etc. Moreover, she has experience in designing Digital dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, Clickview, excel, etc.), writing specifications, designing wireframes, and conducting digital coaching workshops. In her current role, Arushi is supporting project and release management activities for the Asset Servicing department of an International Banking Client as an IT Project Manager. She is managing the budget, preparing project charter and road map, developing JIRA dashboard, presenting for Steerco and release meetings, managing resources and resource planning, managing project scope, being the link between IT and business, and following developments and testing through JIRA. Arushi has worked with clients like Ferrero International, where she assisted the digital marketing and BI department of the client with Digital transformation program as Program coordinator, while managing a team of BI experts. She has also worked with Deloitte as a Digital analyst, where she was in charge of defining and implementing KPIs for follow up of business case objectives and for performance management of the relationship management department. Arushi has completed her International Master in Management from Audencia Business School, MBA from Rajasthan Technical University, Kota, and Bachelor of Business Administration from Rajasthan University. She also holds a Certificate in Mass communication and Business Production from The IIS University
