Arvind Kumar is a seasoned General Manager with over 16 years of experience in Project Management, Project Development & Operation, Data Management, Business Analyst, IT consolidation, Service Delivery, Client & Stakeholder Management. He has exhibited leadership across business functions with expertise in driving improvement methodologies and business transformation initiatives, developing methods & upgrading processes to improve overall productivity, efficiency, quality & customer experience. Arvind is skilled in E2E Solution Design, Business Requirements Gathering, Requirements Analysis and implementation for new application requirement and infrastructure readiness. He is experienced in conducting Root Cause Analysis to find defects and providing immediate resolutions, as well as in risk mitigating activities and implementing the requirements into systems solution. He has knowledge of AWS – EC2, Storage – S3/Glacier, VPC, Account Setup, Elastic search, Databases, Security, Monitoring & Audit – CloudWatch, CloudTrail & Config and Load Balancer. Arvind has managed teams and virtual teams for attaining excellence in service operations 24X7 and executing project rollouts. He has acted as a focal point for process execution to the IT organization and other stakeholders, monitoring, tracking and communicating process execution activities to identify, initiate and manage required action to meet SLAs. Arvind's past experience includes working as Technical Manager/Project Manager at IBM and Technical Manager at Kyndryl, the new entity of IBM. At IBM, he was involved in E2E Solution Design, IT Team and business users to gather and elicit detailed business requirements, Service Availability for the Enterprise & Multi Vendors environment, E2E involvement of Project rollout, Data Migration, Applications consolidation across all circles, and more. He also provided technical training to team members and others on frequent basis, as well as enabled customers about the different AWS products/services (EC2, S3, Security, Database, ML, IOT). Arvind holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from IGNOU, New Delhi, a BCA from Vinoba Bhave University, and a Big Data with Hadoop, Pig, Hive, Hbase certification from Big Data University and Edureka.
