Ashish Jain is a Technical Delivery Director with over 18 years of experience in Information Technology, specializing in designing enterprise applications and leading teams through the application and product development life cycles. With 6 years of experience in data science project delivery, Ashish has a strong background in stakeholder hypotheses, machine learning, Python, R, Hadoop, Spark, Dot Net/ASP.NET, C#/VB.NET, MAP REDUCE, HIVE, PIG, HBASE, UML, and Enterprise Architect tool. As a Data Scientist, Ashish has been actively involved in requirement gathering, stakeholder hypotheses, data cleaning, and machine learning models, including deep learning models such as KNN, Decision Tree, Naïve Bayes, ANN, and CNN. He has also been trained in machine learning and deep learning, Hadoop (HDFS, MAP REDUCE, PIG, HIVE), and Scala and Python programming. Currently, Ashish is the Technical Delivery Director at Accolite, where he is working on advanced NLP problems using BERT and BART models to retrieve questions and answers from big PDF files. He manages and leads a 100-member offshore team, responsible for all offshore deliveries, technical oversight, technical mentoring, and managing multiple products, including the latest acquisitions by clients. He also handles knowledge transfers and the smooth integration of new products with existing products. His current project is Qubole, a big data platform for analysts and the Data Science team, which has been acquired by Idera, and his team is handling the acquisition for smooth integration between Idera and Qubole. In his past roles, Ashish was the Technical Director at Nimoy.ai, where he designed and developed enterprise-scale products such as Chat Bot Studio and ML Studio. He was also a Data Scientist at Ephesoft, where he worked on outlier problems using supervised (classification), semi-supervised (classification), and unsupervised algorithm (clustering). Ashish holds a BE degree in Mechanical Engineering from Maharshi Dayanand University and completed his Senior Secondary education in Sciences from Ludlow Cadtle 2. He also holds a CBSE degree in Medical Science from Ludlow Cadtle 2.
