Asutosh Mohanty is an acute and audacious person who loves to solve real-world problems using appropriate strategies. He is currently working as an Analyst intern at DBS Bank, where his work focuses on the analysis and optimization of the performance of various Java-based REST APIs of Rule engine, OPPR defined rules, and IBPM card services. As part of his role, he performs performance testing for the APIs using JMeter and visualizes key parameters using JBOSS JVM to identify various bottlenecks. After a detailed analysis, he works with the development team in optimizing the algorithms and queries using Java, Spring Boot, and MariaDB, making the APIs more efficient than before in terms of average response time and throughput. Prior to his current role, Asutosh worked as the Manager of the Database Team at Innovision 2019, where he was responsible for maintaining the database of participants registered, transactions, accommodation, and events for the institute's annual techno-management fest. He handled the database for the fest's official website, Android App, and Instagram page. Asutosh holds a B.Tech degree in Computer Science and Engineering from NIT Rourkela, which he is expected to complete in December 2022. He also holds an AISSCE degree in Science from Mother's Public School and an AISSE degree in Science from DAV Public School, NTPC/TTPS. Asutosh's technical skills include infra, Java, test, Spring Boot, Spring, and Android. He has 1.68 years of relevant experience in the field.
