Avi Sharma is a Full Stack Developer and a second-year Computer Engineering student with a passion for cybersecurity. Currently, he is working as a Student at the no xp, where he is conducting an unusual experiment to understand the problems in internship and entry-level hiring. The aim of this experiment is to document the expectations and experiences of companies and professionals to help seekers in the same field. He is also a Security Researcher at HACKERONE, where he is constantly exploring and researching new ways to enhance cybersecurity. Prior to his current role, Avi worked as a Security Researcher at Bugcrowd, where he gained valuable experience in the field of cybersecurity. He also volunteered at the Computer Society of India, Mumbai Chapter, where he organized and participated in an event named Cric-O-Lumina. This event was played in a dark room, with neon boundaries, bat, ball, and pitch, which sparkled in the dark. Avi is pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from Ramrao Adik Institute of Technology (RAIT), which he is expected to complete in December 2023. He has a strong technical background and is proficient in various technologies. He has experience working as a Research Scientist and has relevant experience of 0.36 years. Overall, Avi is a highly motivated and skilled individual who is passionate about cybersecurity and technology. He is constantly seeking new challenges and opportunities to enhance his skills and knowledge in this field.
