Avijit Majhi is a skilled Senior Software Engineer with over 8 years of experience in the industry. He is a passionate coder who loves problem-solving and is eager to learn new technologies. Avijit is currently working at Encora Inc. as a Ruby on Rails Developer, where he is involved in developing products for learning and skill development, known as Learning Management System. Prior to his current role, Avijit worked as a Ruby on Rails Developer at Yotto Labs and Quantum Inventions Pvt Ltd, where he built products for restaurant inventory management, order management, and fleet management systems. He has also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at LearningMate, where he built Rspec unit testing frameworks from scratch and worked on different projects related to the US-based education system. Avijit's competencies include Ruby on Rails, product design, project analysis, R spec, CoffeeScript, JavaScript, NodeJS, and VueJS. He is experienced in using AWS Lambda, SQS, and S3 for storing learning resources in a centralized system and has worked with Rabbit MQ messaging servers for processing requests from other clients and storing processed structured data into the central system. He also designs the architecture of the database and codebase and is involved in the pull request review process and deployment.
