B Shantanu is a highly motivated and passionate Metaverse Practitioner with over 6 years of relevant experience in the field of AR/VR, Wireless Sensor Nodes, Robotics, and IoT systems. He is adept at converting ideas into product design and development, and driving through manufacturing. He is also inclined towards product ownership and architecture, with a proven ability to design state-of-the-art product development plans, frame strategic roadmaps, and write technical specifications. Currently working as a Product Architect at ajnalens, B Shantanu is responsible for new product development and product architecture from the concept level to production level. He has also published a research paper on "Outside in Electromagnetic field based 6-DoF HMD Tracking" at the International Conference on Intelligent Computing and Control Systems (ICICCS), IEEE Madurai, India, 2020. In his previous role as a Product Owner and Product Manager at XR Labs, B Shantanu was responsible for conceptualizing new product ideas for mixed and virtual reality applications, driving global product requirements definition, product planning, and product design. He also researched computer vision and its integration with AR applications and developed a digital twin prototype for IoT-AR product. Additionally, he integrated sensor data and off-the-shelf IoT devices with AR/VR systems. B Shantanu has also worked as a Robotics Intern at MTS Technology Ltd, where he worked on autonomous surveillance robots and autonomous guided robots with material handling and path planning in a warehouse. B Shantanu has a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronic, and Communications Engineering Technology from Sri Venkateswar College of Engineering & Technology. He also holds a Research Fellowship in Electronic Product Design from IIT and a Research Fellowship in Communication Systems from the Indian Institute of Information Technology Design and Manufacturing.
