Balaji Elanthiraian is a highly motivated and ambitious Civil Engineering student at Jeppiaar Engineering College, Chengalpattu. With a strong academic background and practical experience, he is eager to secure challenging roles in the field of Civil Engineering. During his degree, Balaji undertook an in-plant training program at Public Works Department (PWD) and Chennai Metro Rail Limited (CMRL), where he was able to apply his theoretical knowledge to real-world engineering problems. In addition to his academic achievements, Balaji has also been actively involved in various volunteer programs, including National Service Scheme, Bhumi's Eco-warrior and Eco-scavenger internships, and the Campus Ambassador program with Docs2meds and Youth Empowerment Foundation. He has also received recognition for his participation in the "FUEL - LinkedIn profile Competition" and won the second prize in the MOCK INTERVIEW competition conducted by BSA Crescent Institute of Science and Technology (CIVICLAN2K21). Balaji's current role is as a Volunteer Incase of Emergency with ALERT NGO, where he has gained valuable skills in Basic Life Support and emergency response. He has also passed an assessment for graduation and received a certificate of recognition for his work. Balaji's past experience includes volunteering with National Service Scheme and working with Public Works Department in the Planning and Designs Circle. He gained knowledge in pile foundation, plasticizers, E-tenders, stress management, verticality of column, and formwork of pile foundation. He also visited Rajiv Gandhi Hospitals New Infectious block project and worked on the roll of planning and designs circle. Balaji is proficient in QA and has 2.28 years of relevant experience. He is seeking an opportunity to pursue his career in an organization that provides a performance-oriented environment for personal advancement. With his hardworking nature and ambition, he is looking forward to challenging his potential and earning the trust and confidence of management.
