Baldev Panda is a highly skilled Software Engineer with 4.19 years of experience in the industry. He also gained valuable experience as an Undergraduate Student Researcher at the International Institute of Information Technology, where he worked on developing cancer prediction and diagnosis algorithms using machine learning techniques. Baldev applied different classifiers such as Support Vector Machines, Decision tree, K-Nearest Neighbours, and Logistic Regression algorithms on Wisconsin dataset to find maximum accuracy and recall values. He also applied Dimensional reduction methods such as Feature selection and extraction to observe the output. Further, kernel ELM and Deep Learning Algorithms are used to get maximum accuracy for classifying the cancer cell into benign or malignant. Baldev holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from the International Institute of Information Technology, Bhubaneswar. He also attended ODM Public School and Rotary Public School, Bargarh, for his secondary education.
