With over 9 years of relevant experience, she has worked with both larger and smaller organizations, including IBM and a start-up where she headed the HR department. Batool takes pride in being the facilitator to address both the growth of a company and its people's trust in the culture. She is an action-oriented HR professional who translates business visions into HR initiatives and supports employees and management with a pragmatic approach. Batool is a people's champion, and employees know that if they want to get something done, they come to her. She is always typed as an HR coach and an educator on soft skills such as business communication, image consulting, and personality development. Batool's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on HR from PES University and a Bachelor of Business Management from the Institute of Business Management and Research. She also completed her secondary education from Loyola School. Beyond her professional work, Batool enjoys preparing students for the rollercoaster ride that life is and the secrets to persistence. When not working or writing, she explores unexplored places.
