Ben Baiju is a final year software engineering student at Rajagiri School of Engineering and Technology, specializing in developing innovative and intuitive solutions to complex problems. With a focus on secure and efficient operations, Ben is passionate about understanding the impact of technology on businesses and is always looking for new ways to apply his knowledge and expertise to the real world. Ben has experience in leading teams and conducting workshops in the fields of finance, blockchain, and software development. He has also served as the Chair at IEEE Student Branch, where he led a team of 35 people to manage a student branch filled with over 400 members. In this role, he advised management on short-term and long-term objectives, policies, and actions. He has also served as the Treasurer at IEEE Student Branch, where he coordinated and directed the financial planning, budgeting, procurement, or investment activities of all or part of an organization. Ben's current role is as a Millenium Fellow at Millennium Campus Network (MCN), where he is responsible for developing and implementing innovative solutions to complex problems. He is also involved in leading teams and conducting workshops in the fields of finance, blockchain, and software development. Ben's education history includes a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Rajagiri School of Engineering and Technology, which he is expected to complete in 2023. He also holds a High School Diploma from Sacred Heart CMI Public School in India. Ben's tech stack includes software engineering and blockchain, and he has relevant experience of 0.86 years.
