Bhagirath Goud is an experienced Product Developer with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. He is currently working as a Staff Engineer at Freshworks, where he is involved in working on performance and scaling aspects of Freshworks CRM, also known as Freshsales. In addition to this, he is also helping the team in adding new features to the product. Bhagirath has a strong skill set in Ruby on Rails (ROR), Ember.js, MySQL, Redis, Memcached, AWS, and Docker. With over 9 years of relevant experience, he has worked on developing core components and handling performance aspects of the product. He also mentored developers in the team during his tenure as a Technical Lead at Freshworks. Bhagirath was part of the Freshsales CRM development team from its inception and helped in launching the product in 2016. He has a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Information and Communication Technology from Sastra University, where he studied from 2010 to 2014. He completed his high school education from Narayana Junior College and Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Mahabubnagar. Apart from his technical expertise, Bhagirath is a team player and has excellent communication skills. He enjoys working on challenging projects and is always eager to learn new technologies.
