Bhagyashree Ruparel is the Head of Solver Success, Culture & Diversity at Solvative, where she builds teams that help Solve Forward. With over 2.93 years of relevant experience in the consulting and technical industry as an HR Leader, Bhagyashree's goal is to ensure the continuous growth of the team while being empathetic in her interactions. Bhagyashree is passionate about Solvative's mission to make innovation accessible to humans and empower Solvers to help clients succeed. She values her employees and works hard to create an atmosphere that nurtures growth, encourages fun, and celebrates everyone's successes. Prior to joining Solvative, Bhagyashree worked as an HR Manager at JP Group of Companies, where she was responsible for recruitment, attendances and leave management, administration work, and handling day-to-day operational HR matters. Bhagyashree holds a Bachelor of Laws - LLB degree from Shri DD Kotiyaval Municipal Law College and a BCA - Bachelors of Computer Applications degree from Shri V.J. Modha College of Information Tech.-Porbandar.
